Terms and Conditions

1. Order Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed via official email or purchase order. Custom manufacturing begins only after advance payment confirmation and product specifications are finalized.

2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted on EXW/FOB/CIF basis, depending on agreement.
Accepted Payment Modes:

Letter of Credit (L/C) – Preferred for first-time or high-value orders to safeguard both buyer and seller.
 

Escrow Services – Available for secure transactions via approved third-party financial platforms.
 

CAD / Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) – Standard mode for repeat or low-risk transactions.
 

Production or shipment begins only after payment confirmation as per the agreed terms.

3. Production Lead Time
Lead time varies by product and volume. Dispatch is typically within 20–45 days from order confirmation and receipt of payment.

4. Shipping & Logistics
Shipments are handled through trusted logistics partners. Infinity Commerce is not liable for delays caused by port issues, customs clearance, or force majeure post-dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or shipment mismatches, notified within 5 days of receipt. Due to the nature of B2B sea shipments, no returns are accepted for customized or perishable goods.

6. Product Customization
All products are manufactured through job-work contracts with approved vendors. Customizations approved at the start of the order are considered final.

7. Quality Assurance
Each consignment is inspected and certified for quality before shipment. Product standards comply with international regulations based on client requirements.

8. Legal Jurisdiction
All transactions are governed under Indian laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.

9. Intellectual Property
All brand names under Infinity Commerce — Phal, Anvika, Agora, Woodora — and their materials are proprietary and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.
